Our Workout
How we workout
There are four types of workouts you can do: All muscle strength training, all endurance cardio training, a combo of muscle and endurance training, or a relax session. Think basic exercises with the added muscle stimulation from the suit.
EMS is designed to achieve optimal conditioning, burn fat, develop strength, combat cellulite, jump-start your metabolism, tighten muscles and restore your body’s natural balance. By training with XBody’s EMS technology you can achieve the results of a 90 minute workout in only 20 minutes.
Unlike conventional training, EMS puts no stress on the joints and can strengthen weak areas, such as knees, lower back and hips. The electrical impulses directly stimulate the muscle so you avoid joint overload and muscle injury.
What to expect at your first EMS Concierge FW session:
You can book your training session online through our “Schedule a Session” button. Or you can call us, text us or email us with the information on our contact page to schedule your session.
Our certified EMS trainer will come to you at your scheduled time. All you need is space for a yoga mat, and we will provide the equipment in your size and any additional equipment needed for the training session.
Complete the two client forms prior to your first session.
We supply a base layer, our EMS XBody Suit, that serves a critical function in your workout. Please wear what you desire and be aware that you will be changing into the baselayer. The baselayer is yours to keep with a purchase of an 8 sessions package.
On your first training, we will get your suit fitted and explain what EMS is. This session also includes a consultation where we will discuss your fitness goals, lifestyles, and any injuries you may have. Our EMS trainer will create a customized workout plan just for you.
Your session will include a warm up, strength section, and endurance section, totaling 15 minutes.
Plan for a total of 45 minutes for your first session.
Be hydrated! Make sure to drink plenty of water ahead of your session.
