The Machine
Our team is trained to use XBody’s EMS Technology Machine. It is dual cleared by the FDA as both a medical and fitness device. Aside from the machine, we provide an electrode vest and accessories that you wear to conduct the electric frequency safely to your muscles.
The Baselayer
The baselayer is made of cotton and when wet it decreases the resistance between the electrodes and the human body, allowing for a deeper penetration to the muscles.
